Currently, Aya was practicing his sword techniques out in a reclusive area of the garden. A dojo type of place felt too confining, too unrealistic, and the artificial sunlight here was far better than being truly inside. There were invisible enemies he attacked, mostly former foes who just didn't know how to stay dead. It was fine for him, really.

All of his focus was on how his sword slashed across his 'enemy', how he rolled and dodged attacks that never came. If someone where to approach him, he would notice at the last second. Not the smartest thing to do, though, if coming up close.

Kenshin had found himself making his way to a garden -- ah, great! He was fairly fond of gardens and gardening himself, and he had heard that there were a few gardens here on the Thor. Parks, too! Despite being on a ship in space, these places made things a little more bearable -- they were more real and far more like what he was used to back home in Japan.

He made his way in and walked around, peering at the various flowers. Some he knew of, some were new to him. Of course they would have alien flowers, too -- things he never would have thought he would see in his lifetime.

But that familiar sound of a blade cutting air rang, and he turned, making his way over in that direction, curious. He knew it wouldn't be wise to approach, being a swordsman himself, so he kept a respectable distance and watched. He was rather fond of watching others train, too, for whatever reason.

Upon turning after a roll, Aya spotted a lone spectator not too far away. He stood, catching his breath silently and still holding his blade. Never one privy to new faces, Aya kept his face neutral, on the offense.

"Are you lost?" He hoped so, so this person can find wherever they need to be so he could return to his practice. He took note that the other carried a sword as well.
