[Where's the dance floor? He came all the way here with his violin because of his conversations with Japan on the outreach of music, and then he can't find where everybody is.

Oh. There's a wishing well. It's not like he wanted to make a wish, he's too old to believe in such things anymore. But there's something to it, some sort of fragrance, perhaps, that reminded him of---other times. He was in love once and he's still in love, what do you know. It's wistful. He misses his ex-wife.

So, while Elton John may not be playing piano in the bushes, you'll have a lineface musician playing violin in the corner. Specifically speaking, Dvorak's Song of the Moon, Debussy's Girl with the Flaxen Hair, Gluck's Dance of the Blessed Spirits (minus the piano part) and Tchaikovsky's None But The Lonely Heart (sans the orchestra).

Bug him, catcalls, throw tomatoes, etc if you want. Otherwise, he'll be there. Playing his music and feeling so, so very angsty about his lack of Hungary.]

Music isn't something you need to understand. It's something you feel as it speaks to you---the proper kind, in any case.

[Have Puccini's O Mio Babbino Caro, played as gently as it could be. It's almost possible to just hear his memories of Florence, of his 'family', and times gone by.]

There. Do you feel anything from that song? It needs not be something complicated --- music and humans are like that; they're far simpler than everyone thinks they are.

I think so. [and she really means it by "she thinks so", maka is... very tone deaf so anything ever will sound okay to her.]

See. That's fine enough. [Fortunately for both of them, Austria can be a bit fail at reading faces. Otherwise, this would turn into a lecture.]

The song is about a woman who yearns for something she cannot have, but I always thought it was far simpler than that. It's about someone declaring a wish from their heart, and that's something I believe all of us can understand.

Ah, yes, they are, and so very well tended. I wonder who cares for them here---they have the look of flowers that are very much loved by their gardeners, don't you think?
