What: Causing a headache for admin

Where: Paperwork office
Warnings: Sniffing. Possibly even licking
Anyone showing up at the office to submit paperwork for some matter or other may find that the atmosphere of weary order has been thrown into something of disarray. The cause of the disruption is most likely the black-haired, grey-skinned figure at one of the windows, who seems to be getting rather irate.
"This is stupid! Can't you just copy the information onto the other form? Isn't that the sort of simple procedure even you should be able to manage?"
Of course, this doesn't work and she's dismissed to the wall of forms once more. She walks with purpose, cane before her and - wait, is she sniffing? Well yes, actually - sniffing all the way to the forms. She pulls a few out, sniffing them closely and even licking a couple of them and before long the forms are in chaos.
Eventually she finds the one she needs as well as an enticing red pen. Perhaps you'll brave interrupting her while she's filling in this form. Or the form for the map. Or any other form she might need. Or perhaps you'll run into her when the forms are done with and she's searching for her assigned respiteblock.
