Yes, and yes. So far it's been minor, more of a nuisance than an actual threat. Some vandalism, anti-refugee flyers posted on the windows, and the occasional verbal harassment of the patients as they're coming or going.
I think our patients would feel safer about coming to the clinic if there was more security. And of course the clinic would make an obvious target for something more serious if the Purists decided to escalate things.

Well, I was talking with a man named Ezio a little while ago. He suggested I speak with you, actually. I think he works with you?
He thought it might be better if we didn't add a lot of obvious security guards. I think it might be helpful to have at least some visible security for the sake of patient peace of mind, but I'm willing to let the experts decide. I'm familiar with security precautions from when I served in the army, but I wasn't the one designing them, of course.
Ah yes. Mister Ezio is one of my agents. Would you be opposed to undercover security? Perhaps some of my people can pose as patients in the waiting room on top of one or two visible guards?
Would you be able to provide security for the clinic?

At no charge.
[smiling]
It would be an honor to.

Well that's one major concern off my mind then.
