[The setting is a nice one - a quiet, private table with a lit votive candle in a pretty crystal dish the middle, a live piano player delicately playing soothing music a little ways off, and a quiet, very nicely dressed German man sitting opposite you, intently studying the menu.]
[No matter how many times he does this, it's still awkward. Unless it's with Italy, and then it's exciting and awkward. But mostly awkward. Still, he has an obligation to fulfill. Even though the obligation was a promise made by Italy on his behalf...without his permission...or even his knowledge...he'll carry it out to the best of his ability.]
