WHO: Aoyagi Ritsuka (
overcomplex) and YOU.
WHAT: Ritsuka finally gives up on looking for Soubi and Seimei.
WHEN: This morning, early in the morning.
WHERE: Outside one of the convenience stores.
WHY: Building CR, working on character development, ACTIVITY.
[He sits on the floor outside the convenience store, his back pressed against the cold metal of the store. People pass by and he watches them silently as he chews on the end of a straw. He holds a bottle of ice tea, half empty, but he's not drinking it anymore. He's just sitting sitting sitting -- and watching people pass by.
He's tired from looking for Soubi. He hadn't seen his fighter in ... how long?, and there was no word of him anywhere. He could only assume now that he was gone from Thor, the way that so many other people had lost someone -- he had only looked on them with apathy when they showed their emotions over the network about their losses, but now it had happened to him. He didn't have any kind of right to talk to anyone about the way he was feeling.
Seimei -- he wasn't sure. Before he could find Seimei's name listed as being on the ship, but when he had gone to look for Soubi's name, Seimei's was absent. Early this very morning he had checked, and two of the most important people to him were missing.
He brings his knees up closer to his chest and drops the bottle next to him, not caring that it falls over and spills to the side. He entangles his fingers in his hair and tugs, trying to keep tears from falling. he probably looks like he's about to cry, but if anyone should ask, he would adamantly deny it. The feeling swelling in his throat is pressing and distracting, so he watches people, trying to figure out something about them ass they pass to keep his mind busy.
He needs to get up. He needs to straighten his back and keep going -- to walk with his head held high despite this. He bends and bends but he can't break (he won't ever break). He loves Seimei -- he worries for his brother no matter what. And Soubi... the only fighter for LOVELESS. ...It hurts, no matter how mature about it he tries to be. He's alone alone alone again (the Zero boys are here but they're not at the same time -- incoherent thoughts and unreasonable thinking). It's different. He doesn't want this.
He takes a small breath and taps his foot slowly, trying to keep his eyes clear. No one bothers him despite the fact that he looks terrible, but he's glad for it.
He doesn't want these people to bother him.
The feelings will pass, right? He'll get up. ...Right?]
