[Crowley had gone into the Random Encounter Bar once because he'd been amused by its name, and then stayed for the drinks they served. He hadn't had any 'random encounters' yet, though. Not that he really cared too much. He was still moping, and wasn't exactly looking for company. The staff here were very good at coming by his dark and semi-hidden table with fresh drinks just as he finished his old ones and never stuck around to chat, so it was the perfect place to brood and get quietly plastered.]
