[Amidst this pale light and soft music, there is a rustling from the undergrowth of a nearby wooded patch, and Amelia might notice the golden eyes of a vixen watching her. And a moment later, another redhead joins the fox, though she makes less effort to hide, peering out from between two smaller trees, regarding the scene just as curiously.]

[Amelia looks up from her book and blinks at the vixen and then at the young girl accompanying it. She nods in their direction.]

Good evening.

Lucioles...

[She whispers it--the French word for fireflies, a friend had taught her, once--before she realizes it, even knowing that the odd little lights aren't truly the insects they remind her of. Realizing that she's been spoken to, she takes a step out into the open, the vixen edging out after her.]

Good evening.

[She's dabbled a bit in French before-- perhaps years and years ago, she can't quite recall, but she realizes what Polly meant.]

Dusk was normally the time where she and her sisters would be having supper with the Professor, or warm and cozy doing their homework, if there wasn't any crime to stop, that is. However, without a father figure to enforce this schedule, and a job that seemed to run longer than she had wanted it to, Blossom found herself zipping along to her room in the growing darkness of the ship ( ... )

[Amelia's eyes are quite sharp however; she looks up to see the flying little girl-- ah, Blossom was it?]

Hello. It's a bit late for someone your age to be out and about isn't it?

[She nearly fumbles in the air, surprised that she noticed her so quickly. Really got to work on her stealth tactics next time.]

Oh, um, I was just on my way back to my room, actually! I was just a little distracted by the lights and the music, that's all!

Are you really doing all of this?

[Amelia nods, closing her book. It's rude to read while talking to someone after all]

Yes. This is all my doing with the magic I have. Do you like it?
