[ He polishes off the slice of pizza, licking his fingers before dropping the box onto the floor. This gives him some space to just sprawl out on the bed. ]

Fine, fine. You find somethin' else to talk about.

[she watches him.] Something else to talk about?

[maka thinks for a moment before she, too lies back on his bed right beside him - her eyes up at the ceiling, feeling suddenly pensive.]

How much do you miss home, Black☆Star?

[ He gives her a side glance. It's not really in his nature to talk about his own feelings, so he shrugs it off with a pretty generic answer. ]

It ain't so much about me missing it as it is them missing me. I mean, my greatness is pretty irreplaceable, yanno?

[ A slight grin as he looks over at her. ]

What about you? [ Even though she already made it clear once before that she would have reservations about returning home. ]

[and of course, his enthusiasm brings a smile to her face. she shut her eyes for a moment and then turns her gaze over to her friend.]
