The case against claireandelle1 and furqueen96

(Or not as the case actually was.)
First of all I think this needs to be said. I need to apologise to Spiletta and everyone who was offended by this case. I would also like to extend my apologies to any community and forum mods that have had to deal with false allegations. If anyone needs me to post to their com or forum to explain then I would be more than happy to do so.
This mod, not the community, but me personally made a mistake and I am so very, very sorry for what has happened. I am willing to take any consequences the users of this community want me to face. If that means stepping down as a mod then so be it.
It also needs to be said that Spiletta42 is 100 percent innocent. There was no proof that she has plagiarised this fic or any others. For those who saw the original post before it got deleted, mods will always write a summery post and not alter the text of the original post. If you saw case closed, 100 percent guilty then that was not any of the mods doing. Simply put, we can not alter an original post.
The original post has obviously now been deleted. I do believe that is a first in this coms history. It was felt that was best rather than let this drag on. Certain people’s behaviour has muddled the situation to the point that it was not possible to let the post stay up. It was turning into a witch hunt
The way back when machine states that spiletta has had the fic up since at least 2006. http://web.archive.org/web/*/http://www.spiletta.com/vbaslash.html
Further investigation shows the fic was posted on a yahoo group June 18th 2004. Again further proof of ownership was confirmed by audabee, a mod from the voyager board.
I have contacted both spiletta (whom it is possible is not in control of her lj anymore, I have been informed she did claim have her journal hacked and is now under another identity. I am sure people will understand if I keep that LJ name out of this post) and as yet have had not has a reply from this other identity. If I do I will let you all know. The lj spiletta42 has had anon comments posted to it which have been less than pleasant. I have capped it to illustrate this point only. Stop-plagiarism does not encourage that type of behaviour.
I have had a response from claireandelle1 . She did say she had hand written notes, as yet I have not seen these. Again If I do I will edit them into this.
For comparision please see comments. The post is too big with them in apparently.
Conclusion Spiletta is inncocent, clairenadelle1 is found to be a plagerist and will be added to the list and due to dubious behaviour displayed on the part of furqueen96 she will be added to the watch list.
Thank you for the patience displayed with community members in regards to this matter, especially those who sent me pm with information. Due to the nature of the case I hope you understand if I don't name you with out your permision.
