TUTORIAL FOR STACEY AND ANYONE ELSE.
To make a graphic like this one:
We will use this picture of Kristen and Jessica from Laguna beach.
1. Duplicate the layer. Layer > Duplicate
2. Adjust the blur. Adjust > blur
3. Click gaussian blur.
4. Box should pop up. Set to 2.00.
It should look weird. like mine.
5. Go to layer properties.
6. In properties set your blend mode to overlay.
7. Merge all.
Finish:
Put any text/brushes whatever on before you do this, it really should be the last thing you do to finish the graphic. Hope this was helpful.
