joiya is seriously my favorite band to ever come out of detroit. i swear, even if cassie wasn't in the band i'd love them just as much. i'm never missing a show again. speaking of shows...they have one on the 21st (i think) in lansing, anyone want to go? if that's too far they also have one on the 28th at idle kids. honestly, everyone needs to go

hmm, i've never heard them, but this has sparked me to comment on my favorite bands out of detroit, or michigan.

eh, there is more but i am having a hard time thinking of them right now. clone defects were pretty rad.
