Of course you should ban the_passives. Duh. He is a criminal. If you refuse to ban a criminal from performing criminal activities on your service, then you are guilty of an offence yourself. Thats pretty obvious, isn't it?

Giving your side of the story is one thing, but when you have been proven to be guilty of a criminal offence, its a different matter entirely.

Your creation of this community and the manner with which you conduct yourself just proves what nutcases you all are. How can you even live with yourselves knowing that you are doing this to a fellow human being? You make me sick.
