Devil Bringer will have lost all its power, though, rendering the extra strength/power/etc. in his arm completely useless (and he'll be going back to wearing it in a sling until needed otherwise). Since his Devil Bringer is gone, Yamato's powers are also useless to him, anyway, but Yamato also lost all its power here, too, so it doesn't matter. Red Queen and Blue rose are completely mechanical (so they SHOULD be able to retain their speciality functions?), but he'd be limited by resources for parts of their abilities (oil for Red Queen and bullets for Blue Rose). He does have superhuman strength, but that was mostly due to his arm. His trademark weapons are Blue Rose, a self-modified double-barreled revolver, allowing two shots fired simultaneously and Red Queen, a self-created specially customized mechanical sword. Blue Rose and Red Queen are entirely mechanical and there’s no magic involved in their usage Nero also in canon has use of a recently acquired (? Canon is unclear) demonic arm that gives him special demonic powers. In this arm, he has super strength, and the ability to extend the arm to various lengths and sizes (it really doesn’t seem to have a limit). Later on, he also earns possession of Yamato, Dante’s twin brother’s katana, and is able to fuse it back together and make use of its power. With Yamato, Nero is able to use a “devil trigger” form, where a demonic silhouette appears behind him and he gains more power for a period of time. However, despite this, Nero is still human - a strong and very talented and above average in speed, etc. type of human, but one nonetheless - in every other aspect other than his arm.
