I know your post here is a few years old, but, thank you so much for sharing your experience off T, I have been on T 6.5 years and came off it cold turkey 3 weeks ago. Its been so important to read the little info I can find on peoples experiences etc

You're welcome. I hope what I shared is helpful in some way. I couldn't find much info when I went off of T either and it was really frustrating.

Things now are okay. I ended up going back on testosterone after I had top surgery last spring because my mood swings had continued the whole 2 years I was off of T and it got to the point where it was dangerous a lot of the time. Plus, my body dysphoria was bad. I'm happy being back on testosterone for the most part.
