I've been feeling guilty about feelings lately. When you think about it and think about your ability to control feelings and initial reactions to things, it's kind of ridiculous. I am not doing anything wrong and Sara will whole-heartedly agree with this

I don't think it's anything to feel guilty about, particularly because you told Sara and you both feel the same way.

This sort of thing is part of the reason I needed to part ways with my ex.

Yeah, I really shouldn't feel guilty, but I can't help it some times. And this weather we're having makes me depressed for some reason, too.
