You don't know me, but I started following your fics a while back.

Oh, man, this is disturbing, and the more so because it's well-written. But you like to put your two characters through some very dark stuff.

One of my favorite things about a ficlet100 (or 200, as it were) is the variety. The characters, their thoughts, their personalities, and their motivations (generally) remain the same from story to story, but the settings and incidents can vary from gag-inducingly lovey-dovey to a zombie apocalypse.

I don't consider myself a 'dark' person (my favorite movie is The Lion King), and the majority of these stories are optimistic and cheerful. But I like to put them in scenarios like this to show the extent of their depth and, I suppose, my writing prowess. Characters that only thrive when they're making out are probably not as multi-faceted as their creators may presume.

Hey, I'm hardly one to criticize, given the stuff I've written in the past. ;) I'm just . . . I guess, intrigued to see this kind of writing applied to WoW characters.

I've made some forays into writing about my characters in WoW as well, but it's been just dabbling so far. You're inspiring me.
