amazing, i can relate to that so much. its such a sad and painful thing that we do to ourselves yet it comes on like second nature

immediately after, i regret it so much, but at the time i don't know what else to do. i just wish i could understand why, like you talked about in your last entry about human behavior. why do we behave in these ways.
