my school doesn't "believe" in having a valedictorian, they don't want to hurt the "lower-performing students' self-esteem" by ranking the class or some nonsense. even though they had to figure out class rank for college applications. so, i was at the top of my class, just unofficially. and i was head of the student body this year, so i guess it was kind of expected that i would be giving a speech at graduation.

yeah, since the little amount of tv i watch definitely isn't mtv, i found out from my sister today. i try not to be a snob about these things, but c'mon now. D12 is performing too, enough said.
