Utica FD responded to a telephone alarm on Friday, 14 Sept 07, 1:10 am, 780 Elizabeth St at Kossuth, reported cellar fire. Caller reported heavy black smoke from basement windows

Working on it, this took me completely by surprise as you can understand, have been on the go all day trying to get it all together, might be some issues, though, will explain tomorrow.
