I hope you guys are able to find a cool area. That weather is bullshit. I’m so worried about you guys.

Thanks. We've got access to an air conditioned place (Shorty's mom) and I've been getting regular alerts on cooling stations that are opened up throughout the Sound. We'd been spreading the word on the street and Richard & Cory (coworkers) will go out tonight with water & cooling site flyers. Many other providers are doing the same.

I hope the time away from social media was good for you.

Im still staying away from everything else. Just checking in here because im worried about y’all!

Im glad there are cooling stations. They are sooooo important. I can’t imagine dealing with this oppressive ass heat without AC.

Thanks for checking in! I will update throughout this heat wave. Monday looks to be the worst day. I will be out in the van delivering water & checking on my people. Shorty is running a hydration station in Kent with one of her cronies from the City.

It's currently 101F (38.8C) in Auburn. Pretty brutal but we're doing our best to stay cool.

:( Stay cool! It's even coming our way in British Columbia and Alberta.

My city, Calgary, is going to be turning on sprinklers, spray parks and handing out water to unhoused folks. I told FB to check on senior neighbours--it's going to be nasty.

I hope you're staying cool. We've been suppluing water to our unhoused friends since this started, both out of the vans & at a few hydration stations. Hoping it will moderate after today.
