I've noticed that on most people's blogs, the writing slows down a bit (or a lot) when things are going well for them, and tends to pick up when they hit a rough patch. Whether that is as it should be or not is irrelevant, I suppose. For most people (myself included) it's nice to know that when the going gets rough, they can tell other people ( Read more... )

I am always on the lookout for good quotes. Many of them are entirely too cliche or obscure, but every now and then one will really grab me. Such was the case with this one:

"What you do today is very important, because you are exchanging a day of your life for it."

I don't know who said or wrote it, but how true.
