I don't really want to go into it, but my stress levels are getting close to something that I can't manage...any tips? I just need to keep it together for a week.
I wish I knew what to tell you, honey..I am stressed right now too...I could be a smart ass, but I won't. So, here is my answer.
Hit the "pause" button and take a deep breath. Count to ten. Anything you don't have to make a decision on- ie it is not important to your "well being", don't. It can wait until you are in a better frame of mind.
I have drugs...??? For the really bad days that don't happen that often any more. Helps to mellow me out ever so slightly. Ok- YOU work for my boss and see how you do... :) Hang in there kiddo- let me know what you need.
