It is. I can understand the 3 HOURS of testing for Word, Excel, Windows, math, etc. But I have to prove that I'm articulate and I guess uber to this company that needs the customer service rep. They don't just hire anyone. After those questions comes the behavorial interview at least. Then, if I pass that, comes the interview from the actual company itself and any other tests they want to put me through. Right now, I'm just being screened by Staffing company.

My last job I had to answer bullshit questions like those, but it was during a verbal interview. No essay required, no hand writing required. I've been to several interviews where they ask those type of "Tell me about a difficult time you had and what you did about it" questions. I don't know.
