On April Fool's Day, I completed my training enabling me to possibly save a life one day. The class held seven people including one EMT retake. There was a hot cop, a young girl, and a large hospital worker who complained about all the kneeling

I'm considering, while I'm between jobs, taking paramedic training. A woman on my volleyball team is a paramedic, and has offered to set me up with a couple of ride-on shifts, so I can check it out and decide whether it's something I really want to do.

I figure it's something I can do for extra money, or, assuming (as I do) that I'll land a good job in my field soon enough, something I can do as a volunteer.

Cool. Too bad all jobs don't come with a week of 'sidecar' where you can see what it's like before committing.
