I forgot to buy coffee on the way home from WeRoutePackets last night.

This means no coffee this morning.

My brain hates me.

Thankfully, there's a Caribou Coffee on the way back to WeRoutePackets this morning

I hate it when that happens. Luckily, I remembered to buy coffee on the way back from campus last night, so I was able to have coffee this morning.

Which probably comes from growing up in a household that canned and froze and otherwise preserved food from the garden to last all year so we could afford to eat...but I think all important foodstuffs should always have a back-up stash on hand :-)

Hence my comment about *forgetting* to get some on the way home?

Coffee is one of those things best timed for JIT procurement, so I try to only purchase some when the current is about to run out, which is a variably timed condition.

Personally, I don't keep a steady supply of caffeine in the house. If my ADD meds don't make me wakey wakey in the morning, I think I probably qualify as clinically dead. Caffeine is just for fun most days, like at the 2600 meeting.
