So, in a fit of pique (love that word), I scotch taped my radio's flimsy wire antenna to my copper lamp. KNTU comes in just fine, no matter where I stand in my apt. So, there you go. I'm moving Somewhere in the next nine months, and just today, after seven years here, I get KNTU to come in clear. Here's to nine months of jazzy happiness and much

Because of where my house is vis-a-vis the broadcasting antennae, I've got a couple of radios that will pick of "Majik 94" or some crap like that almost anywhere on the dial where there's no a strong station. I've actually got the de-extend the antenna to be able to tune in the local NPR station. I understand electronically why that's happening, but knowing physics doesn't make it any less annoying.
