So I got an e-mail from the mortgage guy at the bank this morning. Our house appraised at $85k. And we're paying $75k. Woohoo! Our real estate agent said there's a 50/50 chance that we'll be able to close on Monday. I sure hope we can, because that would be AMAZING. He did say that we should definitely be able to close next week some time.
