Every time my wife has trouble with the computer system I either get yelled at or get a phone call telling me to fix it. The most common problem is that we either lose the satellite router or there's a bug/glitch in the home wireless systems. Anymore I keep all the software necessary to troubleshoot the systems on every computer so I don't have to

Though that reminds me of when I get calls from my elderly parents in Ohio to try to talk them through troubleshooting over the phone when neither of them are at ALL tech-savvy
