I am going to begin investigating the laws again, because I've already spent over 2K in repairs on it, just in the last year. Thank heavens I have AAA, otherwise I could add towing to the bill.
This is simply ridiculous; it's a 2001 year model with an extended warranty. And yet so many things are not covered by the warranty. Or, such as today, the fuel pump is covered, but they have to replace the fuel filter. Despite the fact that it was replaced *last week*. Because if they don't replace the fuel filter, then it voids the warranty on the pump. And of course, the filter is a consumable item, therefore NOT covered under warranty.
One of the secretaries told him that he is not allowed to break up with me, as she finds me much nicer now.

The bit about the Hawaiian shirt is adorable, and from everything I've seen, surviving the home renovation means you've got what it takes to go the distance. (No. Seriously. My parents, for example, always said that if they ever had to build a house, they'd end up divorced.)

Is there a lemon law in your state that you can use to get one that works?
