I'm back. And, as someone pointed out to me yesterday, I won.

In other news, my backyard looks like a moonscape. Landscape renovation is frellin' hard WORK.

One of these days, when MOTH finally convinces me to watch Battlestar Galactica, I may even have new icons. (I would fall, I know, and hard, and fast. Le sigh.)

You probably would. Except the worldbuilding would likely make you grind your teeth. If you can get past that, though, it's very very good.

I wasn't around for the username change, but I figured it out. I will ask, however: what is the meaning behind the new one?

Wow, this comment was a long time ago. Sorry - I suck lately at corresponding.

It's from an Edna St. Vincent Millay poem:

I will put chaos into fourteen lines
and keep him there

It's a sonnet about overcoming writer's block, and in theory the username is a talisman against same. In practice I'm still pretty much blocked, but I like it as a username.

I'm considering the zen garden. But MOTH hurt his back because of the last batch of gravel, so I don't think I can rely solely upon his help.

And look here, you. I don't need another friend telling me to watch that show. I don't need you telling me how wonderful it is, how great, so great that you even carry around archival copies, ready to pimp it out at a moment's notice. Ready to share the gooey goodness that is BG.

Yeah, the world-building reeketh. As bad as any other television series I reckon.

I really enjoyed the first season but my interest waned as it went on. (that, and my job took over my life again)
