How's this, for a first attempt in about a month of not touching Photoshop? Granted, I'm not totally feeling it but it's been bugging me, that I don't really have many opportunities to stretch my skills now. So I thought what the hey, whipped up something quick just to test myself under pressure like I used to be at work, and here's the result, for better or for worse.
Here's a teaser (from chapter four) to tide you over during the wait for the next chapter.
“You taste…” Bom looked off, searching for the right word, “a bit like wine. Rich. Thick.” She moved her head slightly, agreeing with herself, then glanced at him. “You’re still bleeding,” she remarked idly.
With his eyes still closed, Seunghyun lifted his arm and sealed his wound. “Thanks, I guess.”
She smiled. “You’re welcome.” Inhaling deeply, she moved about some more, and Seunghyun felt her mood change as tangibly as if he could touch it. “Tell me something,” she began hesitantly.
“Mm,” he hummed when she didn’t continue.
“Last night… I can’t remember a lot. It’s mostly fragments. But… you left?” She voiced it as a cross between a question and a statement, and Seunghyun, uncomfortable, detected the bit of hurt in there as well.
“I had to feed,” he explained awkwardly.
“Oh.” She cleared her throat. “Oh. Wh - who?”
Seunghyun’s eyes snapped open, and he was momentarily blinded by the lighting. He stood up abruptly. “I’d better let you go back to recording,” he muttered, rolling his sleeve back over his arm.
Next, here's what the weather looked like today! Snowstorm!
This picture does not do it justice. Looked a lot more like a storm in person. Windows groaning and wind whooshing galore :) Actually, nah, it's not the biggest snowstorm I've ever seen though. I've been stuck walking through a blizzard on a bridge no less and that was really fun. No kidding :D
Anyway. Toodles! I'm off to hopefully write some more of that up there fic ;)
By the way, I'm totally loving my iPod... I'm playing Scrabble and DiamondDash like a boss :) Tried Pacman but umm I'm definitely not at my prime anymore. Should get Tetris too :3 Yup, I'm a vintage game junkie.
