I was in a car accident Monday night. My beetle is dead. I have bruises pretty much everywhere and the kid is trying to blame the accident on me, but my insurance company said the kid's story doesn't make any sense. Of course it doesn't. Lol trust me, I wish I could. It's all very stressful. There is a "witness" who never talked to me, who didn't appear on the scene until after the accident and they're saying I ran a red light. I got a citation and I had to pay $116.50 and go to court to plead not guilty. It's like everything is stacked up against me, but there's no way in hell I ran a red light. If it was my fault I'd take responsibility for it, but there's no way it was :( I am not taking the fall for something I didn't do. It's total crap.
