i'm thinking about ordering Superman: The Animated Series Vol. 1 from amazon. i'll probably also get Batman: The Animated Series Vol. 2 at the same time. because i love animated comic book adventures.
the fucking WB needs to release Justice League sets instead of just a bunch of single discs with 4 episodes each. that's stupid. EAT ME, WB!
ordering both those sets will be about $50. which is $75 less than ordering Witch Hunter Robin, which is what i really want the most.
i had a big bacon classic with cheese from wendy's. it was less than satisfactory. EAT ME, WENDY'S!
in other news; i've been playing The Punisher for the xbox a lot. it didn't get a great review on GameSpot, but you can't always trust those guys. they took a lot of points away from the game because it's a lot like other third person shooters and the punisher can really soak up a ton of bullets. well, gamespot, here's some news for you; the punisher is SUPPOSED to be able to take a few well placed gunshot wounds. HE'S THE FUCKING PUNISHER.
anyway, if you have an xbox and an unquenchable blood-thirst then this is the game for you. i'm enjoying it completely. even killing Bullseye (one of my favorite villians) was a good time.
Mostly, though, my focus is on Madden right now. i'm nearing the playoffs in my fantasy league and i already have homefield advantage locked up. my starting QB is out for the rest of the season, but since i get a first round bye i'll have him back in time for the first playoff game. and then, the off-season. when i move the broncos out to vegas and really start raking in the money. the average salary in vegas HAS to be higher than the average in denver (around 33K) so i should be able to really charge for tickets. and i'll need the money, because i have a ton of talent on my team that i'll need to re-sign over the next two or three seasons. brian dawkins, ed reed, brian urlacher, kenichi udeze, chris gamble, chris brown (but i'm probably going to trade him), and a few other players who will all want a cut of the "action". bastards.
my roommate's team (in the same league) is moving to anchorage, alaska after the season is over. to play in an open air stadium that he built. OMG SNOW EVERY GAME!!1!
i hope all his players get cramps.
