i dig asimov (or did as a kid)
but as per adams? as much as i enjoy writers that seem to be compared to having a similar style (prachett) i never made it past the first 60-70pages of hitchikers because it was SO damn boring.
so, i'd say adams might have the writing down, but his ideas are anti-captivating. ;)
now, you may hate me.
