i took a half-day yesterday from work so i could go pick up my copy of Guitar Hero II. because i am pathetic, and because i'm trying to use all my vacation time before i'm gone at the end of the year

i hear guitar hero 2 has Rock This Town, which makes me want to run out and buy it, but boy would that be expensive since nobody here is into video games. so i'll just make a friend who owns it, and camp out in their living room for a month, until i get tired of it. *starts driving to your place*

and, yeah, while playing "Rock This Town" last night i thought "karen and her young'in would love this." because it is one of the more fun songs to play - lots of fast notes.

by the end of tonight i will have worked all the way through the main set of songs to the final song - Freebird.
