EDIT: Because I'm retarded...
I love the movie, but everytime I watch it, I hope that somehow, in the middle of some dark night, the director slipped in and added another 45 to 60 minutes where David Mills (Brad Pitt) Does NOT shoot John Doe and they Process and book the guy.. He goes to trial, gets life imprisonment, and is beaten to a pulp everyday forever after.... Ah.. What a wonderful world. Yesh.
On a side note: Brad Pitt does a wonderful "I am -so- broken." face,
Morgan Freeman is great at the "Cold, cynical, tough-as-nails detective." thing,
and I love Kevin Spacey. He amuses the crap out of me, and I love his acting.. In this case I'm amused because of the IMDB Trivia for this movie, but not only that... and not only for this movie.
really, all I changed in the edit was that John Doe didn't get the Death Penalty AND Life.. He just got Life... I meant to fix that yesterday, but I'm a little slow, and apparently missed it.
