I do love the idea of Amrod as a Schrödinger's Fëanorian.

There is a story there somewhere!

Just don't look at him, or you'll collapse his wave function!

Well, Findis and Finarfin are safely back home in Tirion...

Additional Finwëans would be Finduilas and Gil-galad, and Maeglin, and Celebrían... um, about the 'dying' thing...

I presume Eärendil, Elros and Elrond and their descendants may count as well.

It's gonna get complicated later on. We have no idea about what happened to Lalwen. Or whether Voronwe is in any way related to her.

True; though I tend to agree with the suggestion that she would have lived in Hithlum, and as such been killed at/after Nirnaeth Arnoediad along with most of Fingon's people.

On the other hand, her connection to Voronwë doesn't seem to be based on anything other than "He's a high-ranking Noldo so he must be descended from Finwë", which doesn't really follow for me.

That's a sensible assumption.

On Voronwe I got the idea from the fact that he called himself "of the House of Fingolfin" but I admit that it could simply be a Gildor situation in that he was a noble follower/retainer of that house.
