Also, they definitely need to call in Yavanna since she's the one who designed the bumblebee, which also, supposedly, is too heavy to fly..

I would have thought Irmo would prefer the dark... all that silver light is bad for the circadian rhythm. But I guess he is a gardener, after all.

Well, Irmo is in favour of stars and moonlight and glowworms and silver and pearls, and Tolkien uses the word 'dusk' several times to characterise his gardens in the BoLT.

He certainly won't (spoilers!) be keen on having the Sun hanging in the sky 24 hours a day, but he is a big fan of Telperion's silver light.
