At last, Powells Books!

It was indeed an all day drive up to Portland, but through very pretty country. On the way out it rained, which makes driving much nicer. We also encountered cows on the road, which was a first at least for me

I'm so jealous! If I had a bucket list, Powells would be on it. Did you get a chance to say hi to Curtis or William?

I'd say we should take a road trip, if we can get a hotel outside the city! maybe next year. =)

Yay Powell's! I seriously need to get back up north and spend a proper day poking my way around that store. Though I agree it was a bit irritating to have the new and used all jumbled up together.

And that toy store looks soooo cool. I would have probably dropped way too much money there, though. XD

Oh you would love it, Ry! (happy birthday, by the way!) It was mostly action figures, not as much girly stuff as I was hoping for, though I bet their supply of bait ponies ebbs and flows like the tide.
