To me, it looks like a dripping cloud of tar, and I can't see what's in the middle of it. Watching it makes me feel ill. For me to sense that thing this far isn't a good sign.

My guess would be that it's Millennium's airship. They're working with Enma, which should tell you a lot about Enma's character.

I'm surprised that you can see it from all the way across the lake, though.

The are dark spirits moving on the the Capital. Warriors from the Old War who do not know rest.

I am going to check it out. There are spirits that need to be put in their place.

So the Last Battalion were physically wiped out during the last war..?

There is something different about that cloud compared to even a powerful spirit. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find out why.

Is there anything you'll need for your investigation?
