Sorry, I'm of no help. I immediately thought of Owl at Home by Arnold Lobel, but it doesn't appear to be what you're looking for. That's the only owl book I remember from my childhood! (I'm the same age as you.)
I know this probably isn't it, but I wanted to throw it out just in case: is number three Chris Van Allsburg's The Z Was Zapped: A Play in Twenty-Six Acts?
The first one reminds me of The Sleepy Owl by Marcus Pfister (I think)...
And the fourth one reminds me of The Fat Cat Sat on the Mat by Nurit Karlin or Kitty - a Cat's Diary by Robin Supraner or My Nine Lives By Clio by Marjorie Priceman
