Am attempting to learn to sew, and sew a skirt and bustle by Saturday night... Wish me luck. I think I'll need it haha!
Will probably make some jewellery and accessories as well =P

I wish I knew how to sew, damn my mum for not knowing and teaching me.

I wish I were a girl - sewing stuff to wear would be SOOO much easier.

Pfft... Dressing boys is so much easier than dressing girls. Boys are straight up and down which means you can pretty much put anything on them. That's why models are so skinny and androgynous. You can use them as clothes hangers.
Btw... Love that icon.

Thanks!
(your icon just makes me think of sex for some reason!)

Boys may be easier to dress... but having sewn pants, and jackets before (sans patterns) I highly suspect boys are MUCH harder to sew for - I mean, what is a skirt anyways! I could sew a skirt without even needing a needle - cutting the right sized doughnut out of some semi-stretchy material would do it!

A circle skirt may be easy but it doesn't necessarily look good. Haha. The skirts I like are a lot more complicated. And you are forgetting that I'm steamy... That means I wear tailored jackets and complex skirts and corsets etc. Just as difficult as boys. Although you have to allow for breasts and curves and making it sit right so possibly more difficult =P
