saccente (un/una) - Smartass
uggioso/a - boring person
Meglio tardi chi mai! - Better late than never!
Vaffanculo! - Go fuck yourself.
Che cavolo? - what the fuck?
Me ne freggo - I don't give a damn.
These are, quite likely, followed with rather creative gestures. Enjoy.
