[It had been a week or so since Mina had moved to the clinic. And, to say the least, the change of scenery was a bit harrowing, as the vampire princess had not lived on her own for at least several centuries. Listless, and rather bored, she had turned to trying her hand at Yuki's hobby of choice, writing boys' love stories for her own amusement.

Being by myself for an extended period of time, mostly.

It is much harder then I thought it would be and simply could not imagine living like this for my entire life.

I've known those who have done just that. Akira's father has honed his sword play for several centuries. I do not know if that has helped at all, though.
