I am also (so I've been told) really good at pushing new communities. I join all the publicize your community lj communities and advertise them there as well.

BTW - how about movies? Do you think you might want to do movies? I often encounter the basics of a movie, but can't remember who's in it or the title so I can't find it either.

yeah. movies would be fine. movies, music, tv shows, whatever. thinking of setting it up so that each post is about 1 thing, like if there's 2 books, make 2 seperate posts, just so it's easier to follow. and for each post start it in bold (or title it in bold) with what type of thing it is, (book, movie, tv show, etc)(or ot/non request/whatever) maybe come up with a form so people can fill in whatever they do know (title/author/plot/genre/whatever).
i don't know. maybe we're making it too formal. we just think those things would maybe make it easier to get the information you are looking for.
