Son #1's birthday today ... turned the big 2. He's my best lil' buddy. We lay on the couch and watch old crappy cartoons together on Boomerang. I got to see a living legend perform last night. A guy I was raised on, and continued to listen to over the years despite my usual heavier music selection. One of my biggest influences on guitar, and very underrated at that ... Willie Nelson. He rocked it. In his 70's, the man can still put on a show and just smoke (no pun intended) it on guitar. It's always exciting to live in WI. We have our harsh winters, pleasant fall & spring, and we have our sometimes dangerous summers with bad storms ... like last night.
