So we did it! Our Halloween wedding went off with a bang! Everything turned out beautifully. The weather threatened rain in the days leading up to the wedding, so (for sanity's sake) we had tents put up just in case - it didn't rain after 8a on our day though. You look absolutely stunning! And everything else looks fantastic, too. :) I love the flower girls' dresses.

I, too, despise fondant. Luckily, I've found a couple of bakers who also dislike it so I don't have to worry about them trying to convince me to like it. :)

I envy that you now get to relax and not plan anymore, haha. I'm almost exactly 4 months out and still have too much to do.

Yeah, the woman I worked with was like "no fondant, no problem"... Which was KEY for me in a baker! That and some awesome flavors to choose from. I took my oldest nephew and he told me that we HAD to get the peanut butter flavor - and he was right.

Ahhhh... The final few months! I remember them well. :-D Just remember, everything WILL come together and it WILL be perfect. Smile and have fun!
