i think the chipped tooth is quite charming on you, but i can understand how aggrivating it must be to have your tongue constantly graze the vacant space where part of your tooth once belonged. and i'm sure that triggers the experience all over again.
yeah, i'd get the void filled. i cant imagine all that you're going through serge :(
goodness please get better. perhaps you should look into a job that does offer benefits, just for a while so that they CAN provide you the insurance that you need to talk to someone. insurance wouldnt pay for your tooth anyway, unless the impact is causing some sort of trauma to your nerves.
