Hold your nose, it helps. Can you make your own with protein powder and milk, or are you limited to the ones they give you? I have some decent protein powder if you want to try that.
Best thing to do is get some frozen berries (whatever you like) and put them in a blender with the shake. Makes them actually taste pretty good. This was how the 20/20 dietician told me to make them.
Berries make a huge difference. Also vanilla or almond extract (adjust with a splenda if need be). I got to like the shakes so much that I still have one for breakfast most mornings.
